1. Cancelling an Order
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

2. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, provided it is eligible.
3. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order without prior cancellation approval, you may still be responsible for any return shipping charges or restocking fees, if applicable.
4. Swifteu’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
